2.4Ghz DSM Switchover Terms and Conditions
Purchase of a qualified Spektrum 2.4GHz DSM radio or module system and up to two (2) qualified Spektrum 2.4GHx DSM receivers from March 17, 2008, to May 12, 2008, and qualify to receive up to two (2) free identical Spektrum 2.4GHz DSM receivers. Purchases of receivers without purchase of a radio or module system during the promotion are not eligible for free merchandise. Purchases must be made from an authorised Horizon Hobby dealer in the UK. Offer is not transferable, only valid for original purchases. Reseller and institutional purchases do not qualify for this offer.

Promotion Restrictions
Only one claim voucher will be honoured per customer, household and/or shipping address. The voucher is only valid for one claim (up to two receivers).
The purchase of the original radio or module system and additional receiver/receivers must be concurrent and must be between the 17th March 2008 and 12th May 2008. The application for the offer must be posted to us no later than the 12th June 2008.
To Claim
• You must have purchased the radio or module system and extra receiver/s at the same time and between the17th March 2008 and 12th May 2008
• You may only make a claim by post.
• The postmark date when you submit your claim must be before the 12th June 2008, the closing date of the offer.
• Complete the application voucher and send to Horizon Hobby UK (address below) complete with proof of purchase items
(see ‘proof of purchase’)
• Be sure to fill in the exact validation number your model shop gives you. Without this, or if it does not match the number we issued to them, we will not dispatch any goods.
• We cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of a claim so you may wish to send it by recorded delivery.
• Please allow up to (8) weeks from the date the claim is processed until you receive your free receiver/s.
• If you have supplied an email address we will confirm by email the receipt of your claim.
• The address we ship to cannot be a PO box number as we may chose to use a signed for delivery service.

Proof of Purchase
You will need to supply:-
An itemised, dated, printed sales receipt showing the qualifying items and the price paid for them. The receipt should carry the name and address of the supplying retailer.
OR
A handwritten itemised, dated receipt on the retailers headed notepaper or headed receipt pad accompanied by a dated till receipt for the purchase. The totals on both documents should be the same.
PLUS
The UPC bar code labels from the product packaging of both the radio set and each of the extra receiver/s. These must be cut from the packaging with the backing card completely in tact and must include the complete bar codes and part numbers. Copies of these will not be accepted.
Other Terms and Conditions
Horizon Hobby UK and its agents are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, late, lost, mutilated, misdirected, or postage-due claim voucher requests. Providing false information disqualifies this DSM offer claim. Horizon Hobby UK reserves the right to deny and or disregard any DSM offer claim deemed to be false or fraudulent. Allow eight (8) weeks from the date the claim is processed to receive your free receivers. Product must be only mailed to a shippable address, PO boxes will not be accepted. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This offer may not be combined with any other Horizon Hobby or Spektrum promotion. Horizon Hobby UK is not responsible for printing errors. These Terms and Conditions and copies of the completed claim voucher, proof of purchase, and UPC bar code labels should be kept for your records. Submissions will not be returned and become property of Horizon Hobby UK. Horizon Hobby UK may use the information in accordance with its privacy policy. . If identical receivers are not available Horizon UK reserves the right to fulfil this offer with a receiver of equal or higher value than the qualifying receiver. Horizon Hobby UK reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, modify the offer, or end the offer at any time without notice.
